YOUR PROJECT BRIEF

Preparing a brief does not send it.

The contact page prepares an email brief in your browser using the details you enter. That action does not submit your details to Shapla AI, send an email or create a record in a website database.

You can review the brief, choose to copy it to your clipboard, or open it in your email app. You decide whether to send the email. Your browser, device and email provider may handle or save information according to their own settings and policies.

Please include only the information needed to discuss the project. Do not include passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal records in an initial enquiry.

WHEN YOU CONTACT US

Information in an email enquiry.

If you send us an email, we receive your email address, the message and any other details you choose to include. We use that information to understand and respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work.

Email is processed through the email services used by the sender and recipient. The website’s local brief-preparation feature is separate from those email services.

For questions about an enquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, email hello@shaplaai.com. We can discuss the request and any records relevant to an ongoing project.

Cloudflare hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its handling of end-user data.

Google Fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers, which receive the information needed to process that request, including your IP address and request headers. See the Google Fonts FAQ for details.
